What are the school hours?
Monday - Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Fridays 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Are the teachers Christians?
Yes. Each teacher has professed a personal belief in Jesus Christ and is a member in good standing of Different Church denominations

Is there a dress code?
Yes, Children puts on school uniform Mondays - Thursdays and Sportswear Fridays. Shoe colour is black with white socks while on Fridays they put on white canvas with socks.

Is there school bus?
Yes, The students/Pupils pay for the school bus. Transport fees depends on the area where you come from.

Is there much homework?
Homework is planned for and expected nightly, however, it may vary according to the grade level and personal schedule.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, There is a FAFC 4,000 fee for an application to the Fountain Mission International School, Abidjan.

What about finances?
General finance information will be given during your interview. Specific information will be sent along with your acceptance letter. Individual questions may be discussed with the Proprietor or Principal

What are the means of communication between school and parents?
Every eight weeks parents receive progress reports. The school give news letter to the students/Pupils. Through our website www.FMIS.com.ng parents may receive up-to-date status, and communication regarding their child's progress may be obtained through our mail link of this site. A Parent/Student Handbook and regular school bulletins are published and distributed to families.

Does the school accept students throughout the school year?
Students can start at any date before the mid-term break of the term. Applications at later times are considered on an individual basis. New students usually start on Mondays.
